Purpose of the service
Complision analyzes the security questionnaire you upload and generates a report (basic or detailed) on the classified questions, the gaps found, and the evidence you’d need to answer them with backing. The report is for guidance only. It does not constitute a compliance certification for NIS2, ISO 27001, DORA, Spain’s National Security Framework, TISAX, or any other regulatory framework, and it does not replace an audit performed by an accredited body.
Responsibility for the answers
The content of your customer’s questionnaire, and the answers you ultimately send them, are your responsibility as a Complision client company. Our report helps you identify gaps and prioritize the work, but the decision of what to answer — and the accuracy of that answer — is yours.
Detailed report price and payment
The detailed report has a fixed price of €299 (applicable taxes not included, see the pending-review notice above), paid upfront via Stripe Checkout, and is generated and downloaded immediately once payment is confirmed.
Refund policy
The detailed report is a digital product delivered immediately and automatically after payment. Given its nature, no refund applies once it has been generated and downloaded, except for a technical failure attributable to Complision that prevents the report from being generated or downloaded — in that case, contact us and we’ll fix it or refund you.
Nature of the transaction
This is a business-to-business (B2B) service. By purchasing the detailed report, you declare that you are acting within your professional or business activity, not as a final consumer.
